Our 1st Christmas as a family of 5!

Our 1st Christmas as a family of 5 was without a doubt AMAZING! I can't believe Lillian is already 3 years old and Sophia already 1 1/2 om-goodness Brad is already 6 months! Feels like I had them all in my tummy just yesterday! We had to cover going to my moms Christmas morning then over to my dads then back to my moms for dinner then to my grammas for gifts and family then BACK to my moms with Timothy when he got off of work to open his gifts and him to  have dinner! The kids were excellent throughout it all! It was a nice surprise since they usually don't do well without napping at all!

All in all spending time with Tims family Christmas Eve was awesome! We always love seeing them and we got to see more then normal since there was 1/2 way a family "reunion"! It was good seeing everyone we saw and catching up a bit here and there! The New Year is about to begin! I have to write up my plans and goals... Even though I don't do the whole revolution thing, I do have things that I want to do differently come this new year and i'll have to let everyone know about it!

Did she totally hit this out of the park or what?!? I am SO impressed! Corrine did an amazing job capturing my children's beauty! You would never know that Brad wanted nothing but a bottle most of the time and screamed his head off when we put him on the ground for this shot!

Can you see that Sophia was actually coming down a slide?!? Ha! She kept running from us! Only wanted the play area! We got her sliding down the slide and she looks beautiful!! Look at those big brown eyes and big white teeth!

She was the easiest??? YES thats right LILLIAN was the easiest one to take pictures of! She was eat'en that camera right up!

I can't believe how big she is getting! Feels like yesterday she was my 6lbs 10oz 1st baby girl~~ Where did the time go?

Me and my amazing husband Timothy!! He has turned out to not only be the greatest husband a woman could ever dream for... He has turned into the most amazing father! I am truly so proud to have him in my life and as my best friend! I cant wait to see where life leads us!!

The end of our journey of creating with God, our beautiful family that we longed for has come, bitter sweet sometimes, but now is the begining of the new journey of our lives together.

With our hands full and our patience tested daily. We turn to God for strength!! Heres to a great 2010!!

Sausage & Peppers

What you will need...

lg pot

lg frying pan

2tbs of olive oil

1package of sweet or mild sausages (I use Hillshire Farm usually comes 6 in a package)

1regular size jar of Prego Tradtional Spaghetti Sauce (Do not substitute)

1 lg green pepper

1 lg yellow pepper

1 lg red pepper

1lg yellow onion

crushed basil, pepper and garlic salt for seasoning.

To Do...

Cut up all your veggies and toss them into pot,

pour your sauce in and add roughly 2 tsp of basil, place on medium heat sitrring every so often. cover with lid.

Cut sausages in 1/2's

with your frying pan pour the olive oil in and heat it. Put your sausage in, season with garlic salt and pepper to taste and darkly brown each side.

Once browned place in pot with veggies.

Stir well.

Put heat on lowest setting.

Keep covered.

stir every 30-45 minutes.

Cook roughly 4-8 hours.

If your in a rish you can cook quicker on higher setting or cooking sausage prior to putting in pot. However the sausage really seasons the sauce so I reccomend for best tasting results to let it cook for quite a while.

Sauce will appear thick at first but will thin as it cooks.

Server with angel hair pasta and a salad.

Its delicious!!

Why can't I wake up in the morning anymore???

  Why can't I wake up anymore without a big cup of coffee? I am a total nut job until I have something to wake me up.. I want nothing to do with my hubby or the kids! But once I have my morning cup of JOE I turn into a "JO"!! {for those who are unfamilier with the term Jo it means sweetheart!} All the sudden I am ready to make breakfast and get the kids ready.. I am ready to go to the gym or go on a bike ride...

6 days until our flight to WA!!!

I can't believe the time is here!!  Tim will be taking his written exam for The Seattle Police Department followed by the physical, personal history backround, polygraph and oral board test! All in a few days! I hope it is in Gods will for us to be in Seattle! I will miss our family dearly but I can't think of anything better then a new start for our family in a place as beaufitul as WA! Please keep us in your prayers that we are put where God wants us to be.

Chicken & Cream Chesse Dinner! Delish!!!!

What you will need.

13/9 Glass Dish

4- 1/2 chicken breasts ***fileted*** (so you end up with 8 peices) you can ask the butcher to do this and when your comfortable its super easy to do with a SHARP Knife.

1 regular-large size tub of cream cheese (depending on yourdesired amount).

a small batch of green onions.

12 peices of bacon.

PreHeat your oven to 350*

In a regular size bowl (microwave safe) put in all your cream cheese and microwave for no more than 45 seconds. (this is just to get the CCheese to be soft and workable) Take out and..
Dice up the green onion and add all to cheese.. Mix well.

Take a fileted chicken half breast and turn it upside down (so the inside part if facing you) spread about 1-3 tbs depending on your desired amount of cheese inside (I do 2-3 tbs)

Roll it up! Wrap with a peice of bacon and stick a toothpick in to hold it secure... Some cheese will fall out. Thats OK! It doesnt need to be perfect! Place chicken in glass dish 
Repeat until all breasts are done. All side my side in the dish.. Add remaining cheese into the open spots of the dish (makes for a good topping sauce!) Place remaining 4 peices of bacon over the top of the breasts.
Place in oven for 60min

Serve with
Baked or Mashed potatoes
green beans or veggie of your choice!!!
Serves 6-8

This is my husbands 3rd favortie dinner choice! His first is the Steak I make and the second are my Tacos!!!

MY BABY TURNED 3!

Wow! I cant believe my oldest baby turned 3 tonight.. Well if you want to get specific she was born about a half an hour ago, 3 years ago! It makes me a little teary thinking of how fast it has gone by! Shes not a baby anymore, yet still my baby... She will always be my baby, the little girl I gave birth to "yesterday"!! Ugh... I dont mind her growing up, but I do wish it took a little longer!
Despite the awful winds and cold weather at the park, all together it was a nice party for Lilly! She didnt know it was cold all she noticed were the great people that came, the snacks and pizzas, the pinata, the cake and of course the presents!!!
We really have GREAT family and friends! We're so blessed and so lucky... God works for the good in the people that love him... Well we sure love Him! And His love is shown to us every minute of everyday!

WHAT'S FOR DINNER TONIGHT... **ENJOY**

Enchilada Casserole
Prep and cook time about 45 minutes.Serves4-6
Preheat Oven to 350*
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
13/9 baking dish [I use glass].Lg. frying pan.
1) 2 lbs of Ground Beef.
2) 16 oz. bag of shredded cheese [ I use Mexican Style] which is a mix of cheddar and jack.
3) 1 can [19oz] of La Victoria Enchilada Sauce.
4) Small can of Black Olives
5) 1 box of Ortega Hard Taco Shells [12] !!DO NOT SUBSTITUTE!!
6) Some Green Onions.
7) 1 small white onion.
8) Sour Cream [for topping]

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS
1) ¼ Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2) 4 oz. MILD Diced Green Chilies [La Victoria or Ortega]

TO DO
1) Dice up your olives, onion, and gr. onions. Set aside [separately]
2) Break apart all taco shells into med/lg bite sized pieces into baking dish [evenly spread about].
3) Take 8 oz [about half] your cheese, and spread evenly over broken taco shells. Set aside.
4) On medium heat cook ground beef, seasoned with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Half way through cooking add all of your WHITE onion, along with optional ingredients. Stir. Once meat is cooked thoroughly DRAIN WELL. Pour all meat into baking dish.
5) Pour whole can of Enchilada Sauce into meat. Mix well with spoon and make even across dish.
6) Evenly spread remaining cheese over top.
7) PLACE your black olives over casserole [to look neat]8) Sprinkle Gr. Onions over [to taste]
9) Place in oven for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted and heated thoroughly.

Serve with..
Top with Sour Cream.
Refried beans and Spanish rice

This is a dish better ate after cooking. It is ok for leftovers, but when making for someone, if cooked the night before will result in soggy taco shells!!!

Timothy & I

Me (Brianna) and my husband Timothy! This picture was taken shortly after we had our third child! We are going on our 4th year of marriage and are very happy! Tim has an interview with the Seattle Police Department next month! He is training well for it! I pray daily that God will put us where we are supposed to be! My son Bradley

This is my handsome son Bradley Alcos Timothy! I feel like we waited so long for him and now that he is here in our lives, we can't get enough of him! Of course every mom says this about their child, but I really mean it when I say he is just as perfect as can be! ;) I am so lucky to be apart of something so amazing!!! My Introduction

My name is Brianna I am 23 going on 30! I got pregnant with my 1st daughter in January of 06' followed by a brief wedding to my amazing husband in March of 06'. When our daughter Lillian Elizabeth turned 1 in October of 07', we discussed having another baby and got pregnant 4 months later with another daughter Sophia Victoria who was born in Aug of 08'.... When Sophia was just 9 weeks old we conceived AGAIN! This time carrying a BOY! Bradley Alcos is due on my birthday, July 4th 2009. I am almost there!

I can't believe how much I have gone through from the time I turned just 20 until now, almost 24. It's been such a short time but seems like a lifetime. It "seems" like I have basically been pregnant for 3 years straight! Its been trying on my body, my friendships, my relationships with family. The only relationship not strained from this caios is the one I share with my husband Timothy. We knew we were taking a HUGE leap of faith in begining this family that we admire and love so much. Knowing one another less than a year before getting pregnant and married, we really had to put all of our faith in Jesus to get us through. Because we have trusted Him, He has fully blessed our marriage in many ways. Things I never thought a man could be, Timothy is. I am truely grateful always!


So for my Blog Wifehood & Motherhood I plan to randomly share my many thoughts and feelings, joys and downfalls of being a Wife and a Mother, hoping that this will give me a place to vent and to share with family, friends, strangers, and whoever wants to listen and or share in return! Anything GOES!
